Who we are

This website is run by Lana Films Ltd, trading as Lana Studios (company number 17169406), registered office 195 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. For anything to do with your information, email Rizahasllanaj@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

• Enquiry forms: your names, email, phone number (optional), wedding date, venue, anything you tell us about your day, and how you heard about us.
• Check your date: your wedding date, names, email and venue.
• Brochure requests: your names, email and wedding date (optional).

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, check our availability, send you our brochure, and, if you book, to plan and deliver your wedding film. We will never sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

We rely on your consent (the tickbox on each form) and, if you book with us, on the steps needed to enter into and carry out our agreement with you.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Films on this site are played through Vimeo, which may set its own cookies when you play a film. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services only process information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

• If you enquire but do not book: we delete your details within 12 months.
• If you book with us: we keep your details for as long as needed to deliver your film, and then for up to 6 years for our tax and accounting records, as UK law requires.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vimeo may set cookies when you play a film.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Just email Rizahasllanaj@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
